Freestanding Painted Bathtub by Albion Bath Co.

For my second article for FurnitureFashion.com, I talk about the freestanding painted bathtubs by the Albion Bath Co.  These tubs are chic and they come in so many colors.  Hope you guys like it.  I wish I could have one of these for my bathroom.  Better yet, I can see myself saving some money by painting an old claw tub myself.  Have any of you ever done this?

You can see more pictures and read my article here.

  1. This is SO gorgeous! I can just see it in a movie set. My mom had an old clawfoot tub. She had it reporcelained, and I think the outside was deep cranberry. I LOVED that tub, but it stayed with her house when she sold it!

    1. I had a nice big bathroom witha claw tub before I moved to Germany. There are a lot of Victorian houses in PA so they aren't so hard to find. I miss that bathroom!

  3. Love the finish. Looks like an excellent soaking tub - set a little table next to it to hold a book and a cuppa tea and I'd be in Heaven! Visiting from Sunday View. Have a great week!
